BaT Auction: 1987 Porsche 911 16×6″ and 7″ Fuchs Wheels at No Reserve

These 16″ Fuchs wheels measure 6″ and 7″ in width and were removed from a 1987 911. Offsets and sizes are stamped into the backs of the spokes as detailed below, along with the Porsche part numbers and 1987 date stamps. Finished with black centers and anodized lips, the set of four Fuchs is mounted with Michelin Pilot Exalto tires from 2012. The wheels have been with the seller for 26 years and are now being offered at no reserve out of La Jolla, California with four center caps.

The front and back of each individual wheel is shown in the gallery below. Black center caps feature the Porsche crest along with perforations for a removal tool.

All four wheels measure 16″ in diameter, with two 6″ wide front wheels and two 7″ wide rears. Corresponding wheel sizes are shown in the gallery stamped on the spokes. Offsets for the 6″ wheels is given as ET 36, while 7″ rears are ET 23.3.

Part number 911.362.115.00 is shown for the front wheels along with 911.362.113.00 for the rears. Date stamps in the gallery are shown as 34/87 and 35/87 for the front wheels, with 44/87 for both rears.

The Michelin Pilot Exalto tires have about 500 miles on them and wear 2012 DOT date stamps as shown in the gallery.

These wheels were previously installed on a 1987 Carrera Cabriolet. The seller is able to help coordinate shipping for the wheels via UPS or Fedex.
