BaT Auction: 2007 Audi RS4
This 2007 Audi RS4 is finished in Mugello Blue Pearl over cream leather and powered by 4.2-liter V8 mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox and Quattro all-wheel drive system. Additional features include variable suspension damping, Recaro sport seats, and forged 19″ ADV wheels. The car was sold new in Nevada and moved to Alberta in 2009 when acquired by the seller, a General Motors master technician and instructor who has added 33k of its 59k indicated miles. The gearbox was reconditioned with a new second gear and synchronizers at 58k miles. This B7 RS4 is offered with a clean Carproof report, partial records, a dealer inspection report, and clean Alberta registration in the seller’s name.
The body is finished in Mugello Blue Pearl and features an aluminum hood and front fenders. The Carfax shows no accidents or other damage. The seller reports a single touched-up paint chip on the rear bumper, which is shown in the gallery below. Aftermarket tail lights have replaced the originals, which are included in the sale.
Forged 19″ ADV wheels are mounted with 2015-dated Continental ExtremeContact tires with 10k miles on them, and the stock wheels are included in the sale.
A walk-around video can be seen above. The car features a powered sunroof as well as heated and powered mirrors with memory.
Powered Recaro sport seats with memory are finished in cream-colored leather and a navigation unit can be seen in the center stack. A powered sunscreen can be found at the rear window, while manual screens are present for the rear door glass.
A flat-bottomed RS6 steering wheel is fitted in place of the original. Just over 59k miles are shown on the digital odometer. An airbag recall was recently performed according to the seller.
The 4.2-liter alloy V8 features direct fuel injection and a magnesium intake manifold. The fuel filter and spark plugs were replaced at 42k miles, while the valves were cleaned of carbon and JH Motorsports intake spacers were installed at 45k miles. An oil change was performed less than 1,000 miles ago.
The 6-speed manual transmission was reportedly reconditioned with a new second gear and synchronizers in July 2017. A new clutch and SPEC Stage 2 flywheel were installed at the time along with a USP metal slave cylinder and braided steel line. The transmission mounts have been upgraded and a JH Motorsports short shifter and linkage have been installed.
The differential fluid was changed at 49k miles. An ECH exhaust H-pipe can be seen above. This RS4 features sports suspension with variable damping and has been modified with H&R springs.
